You would be invited to write your email address only (we do not ask for your name or telephone number) into our customer request book, which is kept in a locked cupboard outside of store opening times and in a drawer at the counter during opening hours. Your email address would then be added to our email list which is currently held by the 3rd party service MailChimp. Your email address would be used periodically by The Store, using the MailChimp service, to let you know about events and promotions run by The Store. We DO NOT share your email address with any other 3rd parties.
You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe button at the foot of every email that we send. You can also unsubscribe by contacting us on info@thestoresaxmundham.co.uk. If you return an item to us for a refund if it is faulty, or for a credit note, we will ask you to provide us with your name and address in our Refund book or our Credit Note book.
