Please note our online returns policy
We hope that you’re really happy with your purchase. But if you wish to return an item for a refund, please fill in the returns form that was included with your order and state the reason for the return. We kindly ask that you return any unwanted items within 14 days of the date of purchase at the latest.
The item/s should be unused/unworn (clothing and footwear can be tried on) in all of the original packaging (that includes shoe boxes) and with the price labels or tags still attached. Otherwise we will not be able to process a refund and will have to return the goods to you.
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of earrings for pierced ears. Candles, home fragrance, bath & body products cannot be returned.
Please return the item/s, suitably packaged in the way that they were delivered, with the completed returns form, to:

The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your return, we will aim to process your refund within 5-10 working days. In the unlikely event of any queries, we will contact you to discuss.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
We really hope that none of your purchases are faulty or damaged, but if you find anything to be sub-standard, please email us at email@example.com detailing the issue and your order number. We will contact you to resolve the issue.
